Remember once I wrote about a Singaporean doctor who gave treatment to Fawwaz.. Very polite, soft spoken, detailed, etc.. Nak ambil temperature pun cakap 'sorry..' And how rare that kind of dr here..
Actually I just came back from a clinic somewhere in Serdang for Fawwaz' 3 serangkai 1st booster. So sad that there was non a single smile at all nor a word sorry before or while injecting him (mujur baca bismillah).. At least to calm down the little boy or show that you are a friendly Dr, or maybe she's not. Aku pun hairan dan tak suka sangat bila jumpa Dr yang jenis ni.. That's why aku prefer jumpa Paed like Dr R yg lebih informative walau mahal berganda2. Ni kita tanya sikit jawab nak tak nak.. I just want to try this clinic, at least as an alternative for An-Nur (ramai sokmo). Alternative kat kg i.e. Dr Nurul Huda is much better.
My credits always go to Dr Kham, my Gynae. Very soft, friendly dan sejuk mata memandang. Tapi nampaknya peluang nak jumpa tu entah bila-bila ha ha! Aku dah but Pap di klinik kerajaan je. Free beb. Walau staff nurse je yang buat tp macam professional dan sangat mesra. Aku rasa servis klinik kerajaan ada sedikit improved. Cuma aku hairan, kat kampung aku sekarang ni tengah dilanda wabak cikungunya. Tapi macam takde publisiti (perlu ke?) macam di Kedah atau fogging ke.. Sepi je kat jalan rumah ku walau jiran2 dah kena.
What ever it is, to all doctors and nurses out there, how important psycology is. Incl. your touch, smile, words, info, etc. Takkan tak tau ekk... orang sakit kadang bukan nak gi klinik sangat, tapi saja nak jumpa dr untuk melegakan sakit. Setakat pain killer, can buy at sinseh or kedai runcit he he!
